Plus, she's pretty. Her name is Kit. It's short for Kitten. When my mother in law first sat in it and started it, she said, "it purrs like a kitten!". That struck me so funny that I just had to make it stick. I'm getting her registered tomorrow, so we will be all set and ready to go. I get to drive myself to work tomorrow for this first time in about 17 months! Yippeeeeeee!!!!!
Also new....
Today my husband Scott got a new guitar and amp. He has been wanting this kind of guitar for a long time, and two of his long time friends basically bought it for him. He traded in his G&L and his VOX that I bought him and bought this really nice Scheter, Diamond Series. And the got a new Line 6 amp. They are both pretty sweet.

In other news...
I'm glad we're back home from Soul Fest. It was good, but that's for another posting....
I had a tooth pulled on Wednesday (the day we left for Soul Fest). After two trips to the ER, not many options were left. For some reason, you have to give a small fortune to get medical help. I wonder what that is all about?

I wanted to leave you a response, hope you get this :) Thanks for the book referral, I'm going to add it to the pile I have of 'to read', sounds just up my ally. My husband actually said, "I don't remember writing a book", that book is totally something he would write :) Funny, I was reading some reviews and boy there are a lot of people (including Christians) upset by that book, but I just think of Luke 21:14-19, those who speak His truth will be persecuted.
Thanks again for sharing!
